Vinificated in temperature controlled steel tanks; maceration period around 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. Aged 6 months in steel tanks and oak vats.

Colour: Deep ruby red with purple shades

Aroma: Sensations of withered rose petals (Rose Fané), red berries, with a light pink pepper aroma

Taste: Well balanced, fruity and fresh aftertaste, with a remarkable aromatic persistence
